These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aethexflow.online and the products/services offered by Aethex Flow ("we," "us"). By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we offer
Aethex Flow provides a general-purpose AI interface, public-data diagnostics, browser-local utilities, paid digital reports and professional digital/media services. AI features are delivered through third-party AI providers selected server-side behind AethexFlow AI. AethexFlow AI is the AethexFlow product identity, not a claim that Aethex Flow hosts its own foundation model. The applicable proposal, invoice, marketplace terms or product checkout terms also apply where relevant.
2. Nature of tool outputs
Tool and AI outputs are informational. Deterministic tools calculate from the data shown; AI-generated text can be incomplete or wrong. You should verify important facts and should not treat AI output as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. YouTube tools are not official YouTube scores or endorsements, and website/domain checks are not security or compliance certifications.
3. Payments and licenses
Paid unlocks are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record. Where a product uses license keys, server-side validation is required before protected features are enabled. Attempting to forge, share in breach of the product terms, or bypass a license/entitlement is prohibited. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse or overload the tools (including automated/scripted mass requests), attempt to bypass payment/license verification, probe private/internal network resources through URL-based tools, or use the site for unlawful activity.
5. No warranty
The site and tools are provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep them useful and available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted availability or the continued availability/accuracy of third-party APIs, DNS records, public websites or browser capabilities used by a tool.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aethex Flow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or tools, including decisions made based on tool outputs or reports.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Intellectual property and user content
Aethex Flow branding, logos, original site design, software, tool logic, written reports and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights needed to process a request, you retain your rights in content you submit. You are responsible for having the rights or permission needed to submit that content. Content submitted to AethexFlow AI is processed through third-party AI providers as needed for the requested AI action and remains subject to these terms, the applicable privacy policy, and relevant provider terms. Some provider free tiers may use submitted content according to their own data-use terms or settings.
9. AI and third-party services
Availability and behavior of third-party AI providers used behind AethexFlow AI, search services, browsers, YouTube, Lemon Squeezy, DNS services and other external infrastructure can change over time. We do not promise that a specific underlying model or external service will remain available indefinitely. Browser automation, connectors, plugins and extension access require explicit user enablement and may also require separate third-party authorization or configuration.
