1. Agreement

By using AethexFlow.online or purchasing the Aethex Flow YouTube Channel Audit, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. The Audit Product

The paid product is a digital, technology-assisted YouTube channel audit. It analyzes public channel and video signals and provides optimization observations and recommendations. It is not a guarantee of YouTube, Google, search, recommendation, monetization, revenue, subscriber or view outcomes.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the audit for lawful purposes and only for channels or data you are authorized to analyze. Do not attempt to bypass license controls, abuse APIs, interfere with the site, or use the service for unlawful activity.

4. Payments

Purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy. The checkout page identifies the applicable product, price and payment terms before purchase. License/access delivery is handled through the purchase flow described on the audit page.

5. Intellectual property

Aethex Flow retains rights in its website, software, branding, report methodology and original content. You may use a purchased audit for your own channel/business decision-making but may not resell, redistribute or reproduce the product as your own.

6. Accuracy and limitations

The audit depends on available public platform data and technical services. Metrics can change on YouTube, APIs can be unavailable, and automated recommendations can be imperfect. Treat the report as decision-support, not professional, legal, financial or platform-policy advice.

7. Service availability

We may update, suspend or modify the website or audit to maintain security, comply with platform/API requirements or improve functionality.
