Aethex Flow operates the AethexFlow website and the Aethex Flow YouTube Channel Audit product. This policy explains what information may be collected when you use the website or request an audit.

2. Information we collect

For the public-data audit, you provide a YouTube channel URL or public handle. The audit is designed to use publicly available channel and video information. We do not ask for your YouTube password or private YouTube Studio credentials.

If you contact us, we may receive the name, email address and message you choose to send. When you purchase the audit, payment information is processed by Lemon Squeezy as the payment/merchant-of-record provider; Aethex Flow does not receive your full payment-card details.

3. How information is used

Information is used to operate the audit, provide purchased access, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, maintain security, and improve the product. We do not claim that the audit can access private YouTube data.

4. Third-party services

The site may use YouTube APIs for public channel/video data and Lemon Squeezy for checkout, payment processing and license management. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Data retention

We retain information only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction/support records, meet legal obligations, and prevent fraud or abuse.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
