Refund Policy

1. Digital product

The Aethex Flow Channel Audit is a digital product delivered through an online checkout and license/access flow.

2. Refund eligibility

If you purchased the audit but the paid report has not been generated or accessed because of a technical failure, contact us at aethexflow@gmail.com with your order details. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a refund through the payment provider.

3. Completed digital reports

Because the paid audit is a digital product that may be generated and made available immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the paid report has been successfully generated or accessed, except where required by applicable law or where we determine that a material technical failure prevented delivery.

4. Duplicate or accidental purchases

If you were charged more than once for the same audit due to a duplicate transaction, contact support promptly so we can review the order records and resolve the duplicate charge where appropriate.

5. Lemon Squeezy processing

Payments and refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Any refund issued through the payment system is subject to the applicable transaction and payment-provider rules.
